Frequently Asked Questions for the PAD File Directory


How do I access my Administration Page?

If you completed the form on our home page, then you will immediately receive a confirmation email which will contain instructions for your Administration Page.



My name does not appear in the PAD File Directory (from the PadFiles.net home page).

For your name to appear in the Directory, you must add at least one program on the [Programs] tab of your Administration page.



How do I add programs to my profile?

On the [Programs] tab of your Administration page, enter the PAD File address of your program, and click [Add New Program].



If I have more than one program, how do I select the one program that will appear in the Directory?

On the [Programs] tab of your Administration page, click the checkbox to the left of the program that you want to appear in the Directory, and click [Assign as Primary Program]. The Primary Program will be shown in green.



I forgot my password (or my password doesn't work).

On your Administration Login Page, click the link on the right side to 'Retrieve lost password'.



On my confirmation email, when I click the link for my Administration Page, the Home Page is displayed instead.

If your email program does not display the entire address as a link (including the "?id=" parameter), then copy-and-paste the entire address to your browser.



Can you change my profile for me?

You may change all of your settings on your Administration Page.



When I click [Save Changes] on the Administration Page, my changes are not saved.

If "Your changes have been saved" is not displayed, then please confirm that cookies are enabled on your browser.
